Your tasks

As a TAM and trusted advisor you’ll have a direct impact in helping our customers gain the most value from cplace-Cloud or cplace on-Premises. You’ll craft and execute strategies to drive our customers’ adoption and use of cplace services. This includes a range of Premium Apps like Enterprise Scheduling, Enterprise Board and Solution Templates including Digital Board, Committee Manager, Product Roadmap, Risk Manager, Strategy Manager and many more.
As a Technical Account Manager, you partner with leading brands and customers in the country and globally. These range from rising startups building their business from scratch through to large enterprises going through significant digital transformation. You’ll provide advice on architecture, integration into legacy systems, support strategy, project work, and Go-Live planning as well as ongoing operational issues. Always the customer and their value creation in mind. You participate in RFQs, RFPs and renewal conversations and represent the Operation and Support business.

  • Your advice in building cplace solutions, provide technical guidance and advocate for the customer
  • Ensure cplace-Cloud environments remain operationally healthy whilst optimizing value for the customer
  • Develop trusting relationships with customers and partners, understanding their business needs and challenges
  • Using your technical acumen and customer focus, you’ll drive technical discussions regarding incidents, trade-offs, improvements, and risk management
  • Consult with a range of stakeholders from developers through to C-level executives
  • You actively participate in RFQs and RFPs with your focus on services for on-Premise solutions or cplace-Cloud solutions
  • Collaborate with cplace Solutions Architects, Developers, Professional Services Consultants, and Sales Account Managers
  • With a bias for get things done, you'll proactively find opportunities for customers to gain additional value from cplace
  • Provide detailed reviews of service disruptions, metrics, detailed Go-Live planning
  • Solve a variety of problems across different customers as they migrate their workloads to the cplace-Cloud and help them generate value
  • Uplift customer capabilities by running workshops, brown bag sessions, etc.

What we expect

  • Basic Qualifications
  • Experience in a similar role as a Technical Account Manager, Support Account Manager, Consultant, Platform Engineer, Cloud Architect etc.
  • Understand operational parameters and troubleshooting for a combination of the following: Compute, Storage, Networking, CDN, Databases, DevOps, Web-Application, Security, Applications Development
  • Internal enterprise or external customer-facing experience with the ability to clearly articulate to small and large audiences
  • Ability to juggle tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional experience with cloud offerings such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform etc. a plus
  • Previous experience as an SRE, Software Engineer, Support Engineer, Operations Consultant, Professional Service Consultant, etc.
  • Understanding of DevOps practices and tools including Continuous Integration / Deployment a plus
  • You did operate Web-based production environments in a public cloud
  • Infrastructure as Code knowledge and container orchestration experience with Kubernetes 
  • You handled situations with mission critical IT environments under time pressure
  • You speak English (negotiable) and German (min. level C2, with an interest to improve and practice)
