IT Operations Consultant (m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • You will ensure an outstanding and solution-oriented installation and configuration of our web-based enterprise platform "cplace" at our enterprise customers tailored to their requirements
  • Thereby you will support the respective technical contact persons of our customers in the (initial) installation and operation of cplace and advise them on the technical integration into their existing systems
  • If questions arise, our customers, partners and management consultants can count on your service-oriented support at any time and you will succeed in communicating even complex technical issues in an understandable way
  • The more professional and complex your experience with cplace becomes, the more you will support us and our customers in investigating and solving operational problems
  • You will work closely with our development and support teams
  • Furthermore, you will continuously update cplace's operational documentation and thus improve the transfer of know-how in our Shared Source Environment

What we expect

  • You bring with you a degree in information technology and have about 3-5 years of experience in the operative IT sector
  • In particular, you will have extensive knowledge of enterprise-class environments for running web-based applications (e.g. Tomcat, Glassfish, Apache)
  • With your strong affinity for server operating systems and database technologies as well as your knowledge of at least one software configuration management tool (e.g. Puppet), you ensure smooth installations of cplace
  • Your experience with container and orchestration solutions such as Docker and Kubernetes would be an advantage
  • You communicate with customers and colleagues in a solution-oriented manner and manage to coordinate even tricky situations in collaboration with the various parties
  • You are interested in working in an international, highly motivated team with flat hierarchies and plenty of room for self-development
  • Therefore we count on your business fluent German and English skills
