Manager Partner Sales (m/f/d)


Your tasks

  • You will be build bridges to new partnerships by identifying innovative ways to generate contacts and thus strategically positioning our enterprise software solution "cplace" with its unique shared source ecosystem in the market
  • In addition to acquisition, you will be responsible for the first steps that our partner companies take with cplace to ensure sustainable success in the cooperation
  • For this purpose, you will develop a strategy for the measures our partners need to take in order to achieve a complex product understanding and then support them in marketing, pre-sales and sales activities of cplace projects, including accompanying customer visits and system demos
  • Together with our partner companies we want to create added value through our innovative product platform. For this purpose, you will take care of a proactive account management to be able to react individually to different needs
  • Our common goal is to sustainably expand our partner management with a balanced relationship between strategy, sales and a "hands-on" attitude in the sense of our corporate value "Just do it!

What we expect

  • You have at least 3 years of professional experience in account management or enterprise sales. In addition, you are familiar with promoting sales opportunities from lead generation to closing, effectively negotiating agreements and building long-term partnerships
  • In order to generate successful cplace partnerships, you need a complex understanding as well as a quick grasp of information technology interrelationships, as these facilitate your interaction with the numerous external and internal interfaces
  • You place great value on service and customer orientation and an analytical approach, and in dynamic environments with high complexity and demanding time management you keep a cool head and set the right priorities
  • Business fluent German and English language skills are a basic requirement
  • You are interested in working in an international and highly motivated team with flat hierarchies, an innovative product and plenty of room for self-development
